    Master Class: “Global Trade in the Modern World” – Enhancing LHU Students’ Capacity for Global Integration

    In the context of profound transformations in the global economy driven by globalization, digital transformation, and geopolitical factors, international trade continues to play a pivotal role in fostering economic growth and restructuring global supply chains. In response to these demands, on the afternoon of May 4, 2026, at Room A301, Campus 1, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, in collaboration with the Logistics and Supply Chain Management program at Lac Hong University, successfully organized Master Class: “Global Trade in the Modern World (Benefits, Challenges and the Paths Forward)”, attracting the active participation of numerous students and lecturers.

    The program was designed with an application-oriented academic approach, aiming to update participants with the latest knowledge in global trade while providing a multidimensional perspective on the evolving international business environment. The Master Class focused on clarifying the roles and benefits of global trade in the modern economy, while also identifying key challenges such as market volatility, supply chain risks, and the impact of digital transformation.

    Through systematic and in-depth analysis, the program enabled students to gain a clearer understanding of emerging trends and strategic directions for adapting to an increasingly dynamic global environment. Notably, the content was closely linked to the development of the Logistics and Supply Chain Management sector in Vietnam, thereby enhancing both the practical relevance and applicability of the knowledge delivered.

    The session was marked by a dynamic and engaging atmosphere, with active student participation in discussions, exchanges, and critical debates. Numerous questions were raised regarding supply chain relocation trends, the role of technology in international trade, as well as opportunities and challenges facing Vietnamese enterprises in the context of global integration. As a result, students not only acquired knowledge but also developed analytical thinking, systems thinking, and the ability to approach issues from a strategic perspective.

    The organization of international Master Classes represents a key initiative reflecting Lac Hong University’s educational orientation of integrating academic knowledge with real-world practice, promoting internationalization, and fostering comprehensive student development. This program not only provides opportunities for students to update their professional knowledge but also serves as an important foundation for enhancing adaptability and competitiveness in the global labor market.

    Through its international academic partnerships, Lac Hong University continues to affirm its position as a modern, dynamic, and practice-oriented learning environment, while expanding academic and career opportunities for students in the fields of Logistics, Finance and Banking, Accounting in the years to come.
