The Next Banker - The journey to start a career

In the morning of November 11th, 2020, at Room I209, Campus 6 - Lac Hong University organized the program "The Next Banker 2021". This is one of the meaningful activities with practical value, demonstrating the commitment to the quality of training as well as opening up job opportunities for students of the Faculty of Finance - Accounting and all students of Lac Hong University from ACB Bank.

Attending the program, on the side of Lac Hong University, there was the presence of Dr. Nguyen Van Nam - Vice Rector of LHU, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Huy - Acting Head of Finance - Accounting Faculty, Dr. Nguyen Van Tan - Head of Management - International Economics Faculty and Dr. Nguyen Van Hai - Deputy Head of Finance - Accounting Faculty.

On the side of ACB, there were the presence of Ms. Truong Ngoc My - Deputy Director of Dong Nai Branch, Mr. Le Thanh Tan - Director of Ho Nai Transaction Office, Ms. Le Thi Hang - Head of Corporate Banking Department of Ho Nai Transaction Office. Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Sang - Human Resources Officer, in charge of recruiting and attracting talents in the Southeast region - Member of Project Board The Next Banker 2021.

The Next Banker is a practical work experience program designed by ACB Bank specifically for students wishing to learn about the Finance - Banking field. The program helps students apply knowledge learned from the school into real work at ACB Bank; The biggest advantage after experiencing The Next Banker, students will have the opportunity to become an official employee of ACB Bank without going through the probationary process.

At the program, Dr. Nguyen Van Nam expressed his deepest and most sincere thanks to ACB Bank for opening opportunities to experience practical work for students of the Faculty of Finance - Accounting in particular and also for all students of Lac Hong University.

In the program, the students received their sharing of experiences, things that a "Banker" should have. The students were bold and excited to interact with ACB Bank representatives.

At the end of the program, the students interviewed to become “The Next Banker” at ACB Bank.

The program was held successfully and ended at 11:30 am on the same day.
