FFA Organizes Thesis Evaluation Council for the 2024 University Bridging Program Cohort

On the afternoon of November 15, 2025, at Campus 1 of Lac Hong University, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting convened the Thesis Evaluation Council for students of the 2024 regular university bridging program, including classes 24KT401, 24KT502, 24NH401, 24NH502, and 24LG501, together with students completing their internship resubmission requirements. This activity plays an important role in reviewing the learning process, assessing students’ research competencies, and recognizing their academic efforts prior to graduation.

The Evaluation Council was structured into six subcommittees representing the faculty’s three training disciplines. Dr. Nguyen Quoc Huy – Dean of the Faculty of Finance – Accounting – served as Chair of the Council, and Dr. Nguyen Van Hai – Vice Dean – served as Vice Chair, alongside numerous lecturers acting as council members, subcommittee chairs, and secretaries. Their comprehensive participation underscored the faculty’s commitment to rigor, transparency, and academic integrity in the thesis evaluation process.

Throughout the reporting schedule, students presented their research results, including theoretical foundations, empirical analyses, and proposed solutions across the fields of Finance–Banking, Accounting, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management. The subcommittees provided detailed academic feedback, offering constructive recommendations to help students strengthen scientific research skills, critical thinking, and scholarly presentation abilities.

Beyond its role as an evaluation session, the event also served as a meaningful platform for students to develop professional conduct, engage directly with academic reviewers, and gain a clearer understanding of competency expectations across various career paths in the economic sector. Many theses were highly regarded for their practical relevance, analytical depth, and potential to inspire further research directions.

At the conclusion of the program, the Faculty of Finance – Accounting extended its appreciation to the University’s Center for Admissions & Public Relations for supporting photography and videography, as well as assisting in administrative procedures for graduation processing. The effective coordination between units contributed to the smooth operation of the evaluation session and facilitated students’ completion of their final graduation requirements.

The thesis evaluation council remains one of the faculty’s key academic activities each year, affirming its mission to enhance training quality, integrate theory with practice, and equip graduates with solid professional competence and confidence as they enter the labor market.
