A notable highlight of the program was its interactive approach. Students actively asked questions and engaged in direct discussions with the speaker about cultural differences, workplace pressures, and career opportunities within Japanese companies. This two-way exchange allowed knowledge to go beyond simple absorption, helping students develop a deeper understanding and clearer direction for their future careers.

The special lecture on Japanese Corporate Culture further reaffirmed LHU’s educational orientation toward continuously innovating teaching methods, strengthening connections with industry, and promoting internationalization. Bringing international experts and enterprises into the classroom not only enriches students’ academic knowledge but also equips them with professional working styles and the adaptability needed to thrive in the global labor market.
