LHU Faculty of Pharmacy: In-depth Scientific Seminar with Certara Netherlands Director on Pharmacokinetics (PK/PD)

On the morning of November 28, 2025, the Faculty of Pharmacy – Lac Hong University successfully organized a specialized scientific seminar on Pharmacokinetics & Drug Information. This activity aimed to update specialized knowledge and improve research capability for all faculty members.

The seminar was honored to have a presentation by Dr. Vo Hoang Minh – Director of Certara Netherlands, a reputable international expert with over 20 years of in-depth experience in Pharmacokinetics (PK/PD) and drug development according to the strict standards of FDA – EMA.

The seminar provided high academic value, offering an opportunity for the faculty members of the LHU Faculty of Pharmacy to:

- Update on the latest international standards in the field of Pharmacokinetics, especially the application of PK/PD in dose optimization and treatment.

- Enhancing the capability for searching and analyzing drug information, useful for teaching and scientific research.

In particular, this event opened up the potential for deep and long-term cooperation between the Faculty of Pharmacy of LHU and Certara Netherlands. This strategic partnership promises to promote training program, scientific research and technology transfer that meet international standards in the future.

- Faculty and Department leaders: Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh – Head of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Cao Van Du – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Tuan Dung – Head of the Department of Clinical Pharmacology.
