    Enhancing Practical Learning: Business Field Trip for Economic Law Students at Lac Hong University

    In order to strengthen practice-oriented learning and provide students with real-world business exposure, the Faculty of Administration – International Economics, Lac Hong University organized a field trip and practical learning program at Thien Long Long Thanh Manufacturing – Trading Co., Ltd. for students from classes 23LU111 and 24LU111 (Economic Law major).

    📅 The program was held on March 13, 2026, with the participation of 40 students, under the guidance of MBA Vo Anh Phuc. The activity aimed to help students observe and understand the organizational structure, operational processes, and business activities of the company, thereby enhancing their ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.

    🏢 Exploring Business Operations

    At Thien Long Long Thanh Company, students were introduced to the company’s history, development, organizational structure, and main business activities.

    Through this session, students gained valuable insights into real-world business management models and organizational practices in today’s business environment.

    Company representatives also shared information about the demand for legal professionals in enterprises, emphasizing the importance of legal expertise in ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks in business operations.

    ⚖️ Insights from the Legal Department

    As part of the program, the Head of the Legal Department delivered a presentation on the roles and responsibilities of in-house legal teams.

    Key responsibilities discussed included:

    • Reviewing and verifying business contracts
    • Providing legal advice to internal departments
    • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations
    • Handling disputes and legal risks

    In addition, the company highlighted essential skills for Economic Law students, including:

    ✔ Communication skills in a corporate environment
    ✔ Practical problem-solving abilities in legal matters

    Following the discussion session, students had the opportunity to tour the company’s operational areas. With guidance from both lecturers and company representatives, they explored the organizational structure, workflows, and coordination among departments.

    This hands-on experience helped students better understand the connection between academic knowledge and real-world business practices.

    The company visit is one of the key experiential learning activities in the training program of the Faculty of Administration – International Economics, Lac Hong University.
