    [FAIE] Graduation Thesis Defense Council for the 2022 Cohort

    From 25 October 2025 to 31 October 2025, The Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University organized the Graduation Thesis Defense Councils for students of the 2022 cohort. This annual activity holds significant importance in evaluating students’ learning outcomes, training process, and their ability to acquire practical knowledge after more than three years of study and experience at the University.

    During this period, the Faculty established 16 Defense Councils, including 9 councils managed by the Faculty and 7 councils organized in collaboration with partner enterprises. The participation of enterprises contributed to providing a more practical and objective perspective in assessing students’ competencies.

    The Enterprise Councils included representatives from reputable organizations such as: 911 Group Future Transport and Service Joint Stock Company, Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank), Center of Student Admissions and Public Relations – Lac Hong University, Dong Nai Provincial Post Office, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB Bank), Super Speed Logistics, and BIDV Insurance Eastern Region Company.

    In this round of defenses, 176 students participated, each demonstrating serious investment through their thesis reports developed from specialized knowledge, internship experience, and continuous creativity. Notably, 14 students were offered employment contracts by enterprises immediately after their internships, clearly demonstrating the effectiveness of the training model that integrates the University and enterprises pursued by The Faculty of Administration International Economics.

    Academic Journey – A Mark of Maturity

    After more than three years of study and practical experience at enterprises, students of the 2022 cohort completed their graduation thesis reports, the result of continuous effort combining specialized knowledge and practical experience.

    During the defense sessions, each group of students presented their learning results before the evaluation councils, which included supervising lecturers and enterprise representatives. Council members highly appreciated the students’ willingness to learn and their ability to flexibly apply knowledge to practical work contexts. Each thesis report was not only an academic achievement but also a milestone of maturity, affirming the competence and capability of students of The Faculty of Administration International Economics on their journey toward future careers.

    Effort – Confidence – Affirming Personal Competence

    Beyond being an evaluation of academic results, the defense session served as an important stepping stone for students to strengthen their professional confidence. Through feedback and comments from lecturers, students further developed their analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and professional presentation abilities – essential assets for entering the real working environment after graduation.

    In particular, student Nguyen Phung Kim Khanh – Class 22QT111 – shared that the thesis process helped them gain a deeper understanding of their major, enterprises, and future career orientation. These experiences serve as a foundation for each student to confidently integrate and develop in the modern labor market.

    The graduation thesis defense serves as clear evidence of the application-oriented and practice-connected training environment that The Faculty of Administration International Economics consistently pursues, focusing on output quality. Through this activity, students not only demonstrate their academic achievements but also affirm their adaptability and readiness to enter the professional world.
